What type of credit cards do you accept?

ERA accepts all valid major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept pre-paid credit cards or PayPal. 

Do you have a support team available if I need help?

All bundles and subscriptions include software technical support to address any issues, errors with the software. Tech Support is available during business hours (8 AM to 5 PM EST). For technical support contact ghs_support@era-ehs.com. Please note that training or consulting is not considered technical support.

Access to ERA training library, which includes training videos and written how to documents for software use is also included with every purchase.

For consultation, regulatory support, or one on one web conference training with our in-house GHS experts, you can purchase a la cart hours via the Order Form.

Can I cancel my subscription?

SDS on Demand provides a no-contract On Demand option for those who do not want the commitment of an annual contract. Annual subscriptions cannot be cancelled early.

Do you have an enterprise plan?

An enterprise-level SDS Authoring solution is available on our website to those needing more than a 50 SDS bundle or a monthly subscription.

Can I use all the SDS in my one-year commitment plan at once?

The number of SDS you can author per month is dependent on your SDS on Demand package and subscription option. Users who selected a monthly payment subscription are limited to the amount of monthly SDSs indicated in their subscription package (E - 5 SDS, F - 10 SDS, G - 25 SDS).

Users who selected to pay their subscription fee annually may exceed those monthly limits and author as many SDSs as they desire without exceeding the annual total (E - 60 SDS, F - 120 SDS, G - 300).

If you require a greater number of SDS per month than the amount available in the on Demand Subscription Packages, you should consider our enterprise-level solution.

Do unused SDS roll over to the next month (for monthly subscriptions)?

Unused SDS do not roll over to the next month.

If you are unsure how many SDS you need per month, we recommend opting for an SDS on Demand bundle rather than a subscription package.
