What type of credit cards do you accept?

ERA accepts all valid major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept pre-paid credit cards or PayPal. 

Do you have a support team available if I need help?

Our Compliance on Demand bundles come with access to ERA's training library, which includes training videos and written how-to documents on using the software.

If you require training and/or guided assistance that our dedicated video and help file library does not cover, you may purchase additional training and/or consulting hours for $120 USD and $180 USD, respectively.

Can I cancel my subscription?

No lease cancellation or termination within the lease term is allowed. If you are unsure of the duration of your Compliance project, we recommend you purchase one of our monthly packages instead.

Do you have an enterprise plan?

An enterprise-level Compliance solution (for unlimited event setup creation) is available on our website at https://www.era-environmental.com/solutions/compliance.

How many user accounts are included in the on demand package?

The number of user accounts depends on the purchased package.

They start at 10 accounts for Package A (annual and monthly subscriptions) and reach 25 accounts for Package C (annual and monthly subscriptions).

What happens when my lease expires?

If you agreed to autorenewal, your annual software lease will be automatically renewed. Lease renewal increases might entail a price increase, never above 7% of the previous year's lease price.

Failing to renew your account means losing access to any data entered into the software and the ability to generate reports.
