What type of credit cards do you accept?

ERA accepts all valid major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept pre-paid credit cards or PayPal. 

Do you have a support team available if I need help?

Our Tanks on Demand bundle comes with 8 hours of live training included. If you require training and/or guided assistance that our dedicated training video and help file library does not cover, you may purchase additional training and/or consulting hours for $120 USD and $180 USD, respectively.

Can I cancel my subscription?

No lease cancellation or termination within the lease term is allowed.

Do you have an enterprise plan?

An enterprise-level Tanks solution (including fugitive emissions) is available with our full Environmental suite.

How many user accounts are included in the on demand package?

As part of the standard on demand package, you will receive access rights for ONE named user account. You may purchase additional accounts at a rate of $500 USD per year. Please indicate your desire to purchase additional accounts, and the exact number you require, when filling out the order form.

What happens when my lease expires?

If you agreed to autorenewal, your annual software lease, including any additional user accounts purchased, will be automatically renewed. Lease renewal increases might entail a price increase, never above 7% of the previous year's lease price.

Failing to renew your account means losing access to any data entered into the software and the ability to generate reports.
