What type of credit cards do you accept?
ERA accepts all valid major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept pre-paid credit cards or PayPal.
Which members of the ERA team author the SDSs?
ERA is proud of our in-house GHS experts, who are not only fully skilled in using the ERA Authoring software solution, but also have years of experience in the GHS regulatory landscape, country-specific requirements, chemistry, and SDS/CPDS compliance.

How many SDS do I need to order for my project?
The pricing listed on the Homepage is per document authored. If you need the same product authored for different countries or in different languages, please note that each unique document will need to be purchased separately.
What information does ERA need from me to author our SDS for us?
Blends or raw materials formulation includes the chemicals (CAS) with their amounts. This can be provided via Excel or existing SDS.
Supplier Information to be shown in section 1 of the SDS:
· Supplier name
· Informational Phone
· Email/Fax number
· Emergency contact number
· Company logo
· Product use
· Physical properties of final products as applicable (Ex: Appearance, Color, Odors, Physical State, pH…)
